Pat "Guitar Slim" Chase has opened for Leon Russell, Robben Ford, John Lee Hooker, Sonny Rhodes, Lazy Lester and Jimmy Johnson.

Pat "Guitar Slim" Chase playing with other groups, has opened for Bonnie Raitt, Albert King, Elvin Bishop, John Lee Hooker as well as working with Lowell Fulson, Brownie McGhee, Charlie Musselwhite, Charles Brown, Luther Tucker and others.


Pat worked with Mark Hummel from 1983-87; played with William Clarke Band, touring with Phillip Walker and George "Harmonica" Smith and sat in with Albert Collins, Pee Wee Crayton, Rod Piazza and Smokey Wilson during 1982 & 1983. Played in Sunnyland Slim's Band with Walter Horton on Harp, SP Leary on Drums & Little Brother Montgomery, Homesick James, Eddie Taylor, Bigtime Sara, Bonnie Lee, Albert Collins in 1978.
